1. Service Agreement
By booking an appointment with Studio T Casa Dolores, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients.
2. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, Email, or Phone. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying the next client.
3. Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be recorded and may require a deposit for future bookings.
4. Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your treatment.
- Patch Tests: Certain treatments (such as lash lifts, tints, and microblading) require a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to the first appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for the client.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional service, Studio T Casa Dolores is not liable for any adverse reactions to products or treatments if the client has failed to disclose relevant health information or follow aftercare advice.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices for services are as listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of treatment.
